LankaProperties connects participants but is not automatically a party to negotiations, contracts or off-platform financial settlements.
Prohibited activity
Fraud, misleading content, unauthorized scraping, harassment, unlawful discrimination and unauthorized commercial exploitation are strictly prohibited.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, and temporary maintenance intervals may occur for security or performance optimizations.
Liability and governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
